EGLISE ST NICOLAS STE CROIX (XIe - XVe)

Site Clunisien since 2008. On both sides of the entrance door, two historized Romanesque capitals: "the rope monkey" and "the tree of life".
The statuary has been restored to the gold leaf: statue of St Nicholas (seventeenth century) and St Catherine of Alexandria (eighteenth century).
The southern chapel presents a neoclassical decor of trompe-l'oeil paintings.
Church open from 9 am to 4 pm in winter and from 9 am to 6 pm in summer. Free visit with leaflet in five languages on site.
